Since the Website offers goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.
• For Vintage item, in case of any tiny flaw we will showed in picture , your purchasing will consider as the flaw has been accepted
• All our vintage garments has been carefully selected. We strive to provide quality vintage clothing and accessories. You will find our apparel items to be in great to good condition, however it is important to keep in mind that a "used" vintage item in excellent condition should not be considered brand new, although we do sell other new and brand name vintage looks within our collection.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check our product descriptions and measurements carefully prior to checkout. We does not accept returns due to “change of mind” or “wrong fit”.
• If any special incidents which leaded to a refund/return enquiry . You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product .
• Color variations from what u see on the computer and actual product. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Please ask if you have any concern before ordering.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
• Any return damaged in shipping due to poor packing, will not be eligible for any refund monies.
• Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
